The company has also consolidated its Minneapolis and St. Cloud warehouse locations into a new facility in Monticello, Minnesota. Strategic now occupies almost 13,000 square feet of showroom and office space at the Golden Valley site. The showroom, which is open to the public, features a full line of foodservice equipment and supplies as well as monthly training classes conducted by manufacturer’s representatives. Dave Miller, the company’s COO, noted that the 45,000 square foot building in Monticello provides Strategic with "state of the art warehousing and distribution facilities, increased capacity for expanding our sales network, as well as centralized inventory management for the Northern region of the U.S." Kevin Bruce, CEO of Strategic, added, "We are always seeking ways to increase efficiency while keeping our commitment to superior service. Our new Minnesota locations allow us to maintain optimum inventory levels as well as offer an updated showroom space for our customers."
