(Outback) as a Vendor of the Decade for providing consistently high levels of customer service for over 10 years. Strategic was acknowledged for its "same day" shipping commitment, sustaining nearly 100% fill rates, and providing professional and individual customer service. The award was presented at Outback's annual conference in Orlando, Florida in March. "Strategic has been instrumental in our development," said Lindon Richardson, Outback's Senior Vice President of Design and Purchasing. "They operate as an extension of our department and reflect our culture and principles." Richardson cited Strategic's "team-based approach" and "great people who listen and respond to our needs."
