New Stainless Steel Operation Triples Capacity and Optimizes Distribution Efficiencies

DALLAS, Texas (March 26, 2003) - Strategic Equipment and Supply Corporation (Strategic), one of the nation's largest providers of equipment, services and supplies to the foodservice industry, today announced the opening of a new fabrication facility for stainless steel and millwork. With the introduction of Strategic Equipment Fabrication in Dallas, the company will triple its capacity for custom fabrication and deliver increased efficiency benefits to customers.

Located in Dallas, production at the new facility will begin immediately. By increasing capabilities, Strategic is able to serve a larger customer base while securing lower costs of raw materials and greater production efficiencies associated with the company's national reach. In conjunction with launching the facility in Dallas, Strategic will merge production from its present facility in San Antonio.
